Good aftemorning yall,

To keep yall in the loop, I have a couple of updates for yall.

Monday, June 17th

Our next meet is TODAY, Monday, June 17th! This meet will take place at the Colonies Pool located at 3511 Colony Dr, 78230. We're asking all swimmers to arrive at 5:00pm so we have time to round them up for warm-ups starting at 5:30pm. The meet will begin at 6:00pm and should end no later than 9:30pm.

We still need the following volunteer spots filled:

One 6U Tent Parents (Keeping the kids together)

Two 8U Tent Parents (Keeping the kids together)

Two 12U Tent Parents (Keeping the kids together)

One Computer Operator (Must be familiar with system)

One Stroke judge (Must have attended clinic)

Three First Half timers

One Second Half timer

Please remember we can not start the meet without all volunteer spots filled so please don't be afraid to step up!

If you sign up to be a timer, stoke judge, or computer operator, they will have a meeting at 5:45pm. Please see the attached document that was provided by the home team.

Wednesday, June 19th

We will have normal practice on Friday, June 19th.

Thursday, June 20th

We will have normal practice on Friday, June 20th.

Friday, June 21st

Our last home meet is coming up this Friday, June 21st! We will ask all swimmers to arrive at 7am so we have time to round them up for warm-ups starting at 7:30am. The meet will begin at 8:30am and should end no later than 12pm.

As always, you may park in front of the pool, on the side of Timberwilde St, or in the Timberwilde Elementary school parking lots.

If you have not RSVP'ed your swimmer for Friday, please do so ASAP as the coaches are imputing entries so we can have the heat sheet draft out by Thursday afternoon.

We still need the following volunteer spots filled:

One 6U Tent Parent (Keeping the kids together)

Two 8U Tent Parents (Keeping the kids together)

Two 12U Tent Parents (Keeping the kids together)

One Computer Operator (Data Entry)

Two second half sheet Runners (Pick up papers from the timers and officials every six events)

Seven Second Half timers

If you sign up to be a timer, stoke judge, or computer operator, you should report to the computer area by 8:15am for the volunteer's meeting.

Please make sure to bring your chairs as all the pool chairs will be put up as well as the normal water bottles, sunscreen, hats, and snacks. I would also bring your canopies just in case the sun starts to peek through

Wednesday, June 25th

We will have normal practice on Wednesday, June 25th.

Thursday, June 26th

Championship Meet Day!!! More info on this will come Monday, June 24th.
