Good afternoon all,

As a reminder, our first home meet is coming up this Saturday, June 8th! We will ask all swimmers to arrive at 7am so we have time to round them up for warm-ups starting at 7:30am. The meet will begin at 8:30am and should end no later than 12pm.

As always, You may park in front of the pool, on the side of Timberwilde St, or in the Timberwilde Elementary school parking lots.

If you have not RSVP'ed your swimmer for Thursday, please do so ASAP as the coaches are imputing entries tonight so we can have the heat sheet draft out tomorrow afternoon.

We still need the following volunteer spots filled:

One 8U Tent Parent (Keeping the kids together)

Two 12U Tent Parents (Keeping the kids together)

One Computer Operator (Data Entry)

One Event/Heat Board Operator (Preferably somebody who attended the Officials clinic)

One Event/Heat Starter (Preferably somebody who attended the Officials clinic)

Three Stoke Judges (Must have attended the Officials clinic)

Two second half sheet Runners (Pick up papers from the timers and officials every six events)

Four Second Half timers

Please remember we can not start the meet without all volunteer spots filled so please don't be afraid to step up!

If you sign up to be a timer, stoke judge, or computer operator, you should report to the computer area by 8:15am for the volunteer's meeting.

For home meets we will be sitting on the right side of the pool (when you look at it coming in) so the sun is not in our faces. Please make sure to bring your chairs as all the pool chairs will be put up as well as the normal water bottles, sunscreen, hats, and snacks. I would also bring your canopies just in case the sun starts to peek through.

Lastly, we will have our team pictures coming up on Thursday, June 13th, 9am-10am. Your swimmer will only take an individual picture in their team swimsuit. If they would like to wear the team shirt they may. There will be no practice that day.

Please remember that our "team picture" is made up of everybody's individual picture. If you do not take an individual picture you will NOT be in the team collage.

Lastly, skill levels will be sent out tomorrow so you are aware of the times to show up for morning practice starting Monday.
