Good afternoon,

With 7 teams in our division this year and over 700 swimmers at tomorrow's meet, this is going to be longer than any other championship meet we've had in the past. The meet will still start at 10 am (with doors opening at 8:15 am and warm-ups starting at 9 am), but the league is estimating the meet to be finished around 3 pm.

Please make sure to send the swimmers with plenty of water and towels to sit on while they are on deck. ALL CHILDREN WILL REMAIN ON THE DECK AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT A COACH'S APPROVAL! This will be a very hectic swim meet and we need all children to be accounted for AT ALL TIMES! Parents will NOT be able to be on deck at any point during the meet and MUST stay up in the spectator area up in the stands.

We are asking all tent parents to bring a canopy for their age group to help with shade. For all other information please see attached PDF with all info provided by the league. The heat sheet is also attached.

We still have a few volunteer spots to fill:

One first-half ribbon helper (Will be inside a room with AC and will be able to see your child swim from the room window!)

One second-half ribbon helper (Will be inside a room with AC and will be able to see your child swim from the room window!)

Two second-half timers (Start/Stop stopwatch and write down times)
