Our Championship Swim Meet is right around the corner (6/29) and we still have a few volunteer spots to fill:

Two first-half ribbon helpers (Will be inside a room with AC and will be able to see your child swim from the room window!)

Two second-half ribbon helpers (Will be inside a room with AC and will be able to see your child swim from the room window!)

One first-half timer (Start/Stop stopwatch and write down times)

Three second-half timers (Start/Stop stopwatch and write down times)

As for the meet, we are Division 1 and our meet will take place on Thursday June 29th. Doors will open at 8:15 am, warm-ups are at 9 am, and the meet starts at 10am. We are asking all tent parents to bring a canopy for their age group to help with shade. For all other information please see attached PDF with all info provided by the league. I will send out the official heat sheet once the league sends it to us.

Lastly, please make sure to RSVP for our end-of-season award ceremony and pool party. This will take place on Wednesday, June 5th starting at 5:30 pm inside the Silver Creek Lodge right next to the pool. After we will move to the pool for food and fun! You can RSVP using the same link above.
