Good morning,

I wanted to send a reminder/update on tomorrows swim meet at Westcreek.

SWIM MEET TIME CHANGE:

Due to the heat we have been having recently, a 3pm swim meet is NOT ideal nor safe for our little swimmers. Therefore Westcreek and our coaches have agreed to move the meet to later in the day to have the kids in less severe heat conditions.

Tomorrow, please start to arrive at 4:30pm so we can be in the pool by our 5pm warm-up time. The meet will start at 6pm to hopefully end no later than 9pm.

Please make sure your swimmer(s) brings a towel or chair to sit on and PLENTY of water and light snacks! They have no shade for us or our swimmers so we are asking parents to donate a canopy for our swimmer's age group areas during the meet.

Heat sheets should be out later today after event entries are finalized.

RAISING CANE'S FUNDRAISER!

Tomorrow, we will be having another fundraiser at Raising Cane's in Leon Valley (7020 Bandera Rd, Leon Valley, TX 78238) from 11am-10pm.

When you go and order food, please say you are with the Great Northwest Gators Swim Team and we will receive 15% of your total sale! This money will go directly back into our Gator's swim team to help with improvements and to further support their growth and development in the sport they love! This would be a great lunch spot before tomorrow's meet!

Also, if you haven't ordered your Gator's swim team shirt, please consider doing so at our online store. This helps represent our team the best and all money goes back into your Gators swim team! I will bring all shirts ordered to the meet tomorrow or you can come pick them up from me today before 5pm.
